Winnie Martin, MAS
Founder
Winnie founded the company in 1983 and realized very quickly she had a “tiger by the tail”. She partnered with sales professionals and had an office with inside sales assistants, artists and book keepers in no time. WMM Adv became a women’s advocate hiring those who hadn’t been in the workforce for years because of raising a family and those who wanted part time work but needed to be home for kids after school. In 2008 Winnie stepped down for her daughter Wendy to run a “high tech” company, keeping the integrity and partnering policy with customers in place. Wendy Fahle
President aka Head Honcho
Wendy Fahle of WMM Advertising. Founded by her mother 25 years ago with a simple philosophy: integrity, commitment to service and responsiveness to the customers needs; together mother and daughter now run this successful firm in Dallas, Texas. Wendy began with WMM in 1996 as an advisor on the first website. She encouraged technical advances in all areas of business and started building her own customer base. Her outstanding creativity, service, humor and honesty soon made her an important part of the company. Few customers’ were aware at that time that she was the owner’s daughter. She needed to make her own way and only in the past year has that fact been made public. She has two wonderful children, one son beginning college and a daughter in HS. Stacey Grzeskiewicz
Sales
Stacey started in 1997 when she had a son ready for HS and a little boy not quite kindergarten age. She wanted to keep her hand in business but it wasn’t possible to work full time and be the mother she wanted to be. She tested the waters for a few years and then realized the potential to work with people via the internet. That was important because God blessed her with a new baby, a girl this time. She found she could juggle it all and do a good job for her customers, be a mom, and in addition be compensated while working from home.

Sharron Coon
Sharron joined WMM in 2004 after being a customer for years. She knew the promotional product industry and had always expressed an interest in the positive way promotional products were received. When AT&T offered her early retirement, she jumped at the chance to use her MBA and work for this fun company. Her family was very important to her and she wanted to work at a company who recognized their importance in her life. Her son starts his senior year in HS this fall. Suzy Adams
Suzy was “kidnapped” from a ballet studio in 2006. She had worked part time for them but added so much laughter here at WMM that we convinced her to leave and come on board full time. Her dedication to see a correct proof, an order filled on time, and to email delivery status after shipment is well known to every customer! Her grown son continues his ballet career and her daughter is studying modern dance at North Carolina School of the Arts. Claire Burns
Organizor Extraordinaire
Claire is the newest member of the Team joining us part time in 2008. She is the one who keeps us all in line. Our creative nature makes us jump from one task to another without being very organized. She is the youngest but our “caring Mom” none the less. She picks up after us! Our warehouse after our last move was a complete disaster but now it can be inspected by anyone and we can show it off proudly. Her two little ones are a girl 12 years old and a boy of 10.

Lori Maucieri
Sales Team Member
Lori Maucieri joined WMM Advertising part time, in March of 2008. She has a degree in Advertising Art from the University of North Texas. Lori too, was excited about finding a place at this fun company, where she could juggle a career and still be involved in all the volunteer activities that three children can bring. She has a son that will be a senior in HS next fall, a daughter who will begin HS, and another daughter who is in elementary school. We are blessed to have Lori as a team member; her creativity and humor area always appreciated.
